Do my clients need to log in or learn anything?

No. Clients just reply to normal emails. Each client also gets an optional secure upload link (no account needed) for sending files directly.

Does it send emails automatically?

Not by default. Emails are drafts your staff approves and sends. There is one optional, firm-controlled auto-reminder for missing documents β€” a locked, polite template that is OFF by default, capped, and fully logged.

Can it read replies from our mailbox?

Yes β€” via a shared documents mailbox (e.g. docs@yourfirm.com) or a forwarding rule into one. Direct β€œConnect Gmail/Outlook” one-click linking is on the roadmap, not available yet β€” we're honest about that.

Can we start with real client data?

Pilots start with test clients. Real client data comes only after a signed confidentiality/data agreement and your explicit go.
