Do my clients need to log in or learn anything?
No. Clients just reply to normal emails. Each client also gets an optional secure upload link (no account needed) for sending files directly.
Does it send emails automatically?
Not by default. Emails are drafts your staff approves and sends. There is one optional, firm-controlled auto-reminder for missing documents β a locked, polite template that is OFF by default, capped, and fully logged.
Can it read replies from our mailbox?
Yes β via a shared documents mailbox (e.g. docs@yourfirm.com) or a forwarding rule into one. Direct βConnect Gmail/Outlookβ one-click linking is on the roadmap, not available yet β we're honest about that.
Can we start with real client data?
Pilots start with test clients. Real client data comes only after a signed confidentiality/data agreement and your explicit go.
What does it cost?
Starter is USD 34/month billed yearly (USD 41β55 month-to-month) for up to 10 active clients or cases; Small Practice is USD 69/month yearly (USD 83β104) for up to 25; Firm is USD 125/month yearly (USD 153β174) for up to 50; Pro Firm is USD 209/month yearly (USD 251β279) for up to 100; Custom/Agency for 100+ is priced individually. The done-for-you Assist add-on is priced per firm depending on workload. Founding pilot firms start with a free 2-week pilot; selected founding firms can keep a special early rate if agreed in writing. Final pricing may change after the pilot based on workload, support and setup β pricing is per firm, no per-client surprises.
